Christians have been called to deepen their faith in God to reap spiritual rewards, as emphasized by Bishop Grace Okello during the official opening of a three-day conference at Revival Mission Church in Kakabada, Eastern Division, Rukungiri Municipality.

Bishop Okello, founder of Revival Mission churches in the Ankole and Kigezi regions, urged attendees to embrace the Gospel and seek divine anointment to combat spiritual adversities. He highlighted the conference’s theme, drawn from Romans 4:19-20, which focuses on the power of faith.

The Bishop illustrated his message by referencing Abraham’s unwavering faith when he offered his son Isaac as a sacrifice, encouraging participants to walk in faith and trust in God’s promises.

The organizing committee’s chairperson, Mugisha Cleophas, who also serves as the District Chairman for the Elders Council of Revival Mission Church, shared insights about the annual conference. He noted that this event takes place every August and attracts attendees from Ankole, Kigezi, and beyond, all eager to receive the word of the Lord.

Mugisha emphasized the transformative impact of the conference, stating that many attendees experience healing and spiritual renewal. He urged community members to bring those who are sick to receive healing through faith.

The conference promises to feature various speakers from both Kenya and Uganda, offering a rich array of spiritual teachings and insights. Participants are encouraged to take part in this opportunity for growth and healing in their faith journeys.
