NEWS– A fatal road crash that occurred in the morning of 9th February, 2025, at around 06:00 am claimed the life of Isaac Ddumba, a former worker of New Vision.
The incident happened at Kyelima Hard Warehouse turning point Bata Bata along the Entebbe-Kampala Road.
The incident involved a motor vehicle CGO 9207AF 19 Toyota Prado TX.
According to preliminary police investigations, the driver traveling from Entebbe lost control of the vehicle knocking down Isaac Ddumba a pedestrian standing by the roadside.
The victim was dragged into a drainage channel with water where he succumbed to his injuries.
The body of the victim was taken to Mulago City Mortuary, while the motor vehicle was towed to Namasuba Police Station for further investigation.
The Police are actively searching for the driver of the vehicle involved in the crash.
