NEWS- The Deputy speaker of the Uganda’s Parliament Rt. Hon Thomas Tayebwa Bangyirana has mourned the former presidential press secretary Ho Onapito Ekomoloit.
Tayebwa who hit his social Media handles described Honm Onapito as his good friend who he ran to for advice most especially when the going got tough.
Hon. Onapito Ekomoloit, the former presidential press secretary and former Amuria county member of parliament succumbed to cancer.
According to Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa revealed that the late had that charm effect that would cool the tempers in the room.
He noted that Hon. Onapito Ekomoloit guided him on how to do different things in life most especially politics.
“At a personal level, Ona was someone I always ran to for advice, especially when the going got tough. He guided me deeply on how to navigate the murky waters of politics”, Tayebwa said.
“He had that charm effect that would cool the tempers in the room”, he added.
Rt. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa condoled with the deceased’s family and friends before he wished Hon. Okolomoit to rest in eternity.
