NEWS– The Police in Kagadi have recovered a gun that was being used by suspected thugs to terrorize several residents in Hoima City and Kagadi.
Julius Allan Hakiiza, the Albertine regional police spokesperson noted that the gun was recovered after an armed man attacked Emmanuel Kyaligonza, on 12th December 2024 at around 8:15 pm.
Kyaligonza was attacked as he returned from the bathroom and in bravery act of defending himself the gunman ended up dropping the firearm which was later recovered and exhibited as evidence.
Hakiiza says that the stolen gun, a model 303 belonging to Express Security Limited was initially taken during a robbery at Nile Agro Company in Hoima 27th on November 2024.
