Allien Skin in Court

KAMPALA- Makindye Magistrates Court has granted bail local Musician Patrick Mulwana aka Alien Skin on charges of assaulting St.Francis Nsambya Hospital doctors.

Alien Skin has been ordered to pay cash bail of 1million shillings before he gets out of Court cells and each of his sureties including his mother Juliet Nanyanzi  bonded 5 million shillings each not cash.

The bonded money is to ensure the accused’s return in Court whenever needed.

He has been released by Chief magistrate Esther Adikin after she was convinced that Alien Skin and his private body guard Julius Mugabi will not interfere with investigations.  The duo stand charged with causing grevious harm to the doctors.

Its alleged that Mugabi,  Alien Askin and others still at large on November 19th 2024 at St Francis Hospital Nsambya in Makindye Division unlawfully did grievous harm to Doctor Zaidi Matovu, Alex Odongo and Anthony Munyanda.

However, Alien Skin stands a separate charge of robbery of a mobile phone worth 3.5million shillings and 480,000 shillings the property of Salim Mubiru for which he was charged on November 14th 2024.

The duo’s troubles started when they rushed their colleague Joram Tumwesigye who had been involved in a car accident to Nsambya hospital but was allegedly neglected by the doctors, prompting the chaos from Fangone crew members.

They have been ordered to report back to Court on January 14th 2024 for mention of the case.
