Karugaba Timothy Nshabomwe has pledged to bring significant development to the people of Eastern Division in Rukungiri Municipality as he campaigns for the LCIII councilor position.
After picking up his nomination forms on Thursday, Timothy emphasized his commitment to improving the region’s socio-economic conditions under the banner of the People’s Front for Freedom.
