NEWS– The President of the Republic of Uganda HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni is set to resume his countrywide Parish Development Model PDM zonal tour.
According to Presidential Press unit PPU, the president will resume his PDM zonal tours on Wednesday 12th February 2025.
From the PPU press release dated 6th February 2025, President Museveni will resume the PDM zonal tours with Kigezi subregion being his next destination.
Presidential press unit PPU further revealed that while in the subregion for the zonal tour, the president will visit PDM Farmers, hold a live media interaction and address a public rally.
Parish Development Model is a government initiative aiming at boosting people’s income hence eradicating poverty where selected low earning individuals are given cash worth Ugx 1M each.
