KAMPALA- The Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Thomas Tayebwa, has announced that this year’s 26th National Prayer Breakfast will take place on October 8th at State House Entebbe.
The theme for this year’s event is “If Foundations Are Destroyed, What Can the Righteous Do?”
In his communication to Members of Parliament, Tayebwa stated that the President is expected to be the chief guest.
MPs are required to confirm their attendance by September 24th and undergo COVID-19 testing prior to the event.

Additionally, Tayebwa informed MPs that the Women’s Forum will be held on October 7th at Speke Resort Muyonyo, with Speaker of Parliament Anita Among serving as the chief guest.
The event will also feature Jewel Howard Taylor the former vice president of Liberia special and the Queen of Busoga, Jovia Mutesi, as the special guest.
