Police in Kabale is hunting for a driver of a vehicle which killed a 13 years old juvenile in a fatal accident at Bukoora village Kitumba sub county in Kabale district.
The deceased has been identified as Kibanza Jordan son to one Johnson Byensi Rwagala of Kyondo cell Katenga parish Kamuganguzi sub county Kabale district.
According to ASP Elly Maate kigezi region police spokesperson the incident occurred yesterday 23/03/2023 at about 11:30am at Bukoora village Kitumba sub county.
Maate says the incident involved motor vehicle reg no UBK 874E Isuzu Forward pal white in colour being driven by one Messach now on run
Police was alerted, visited the scene and body was taken to Kabale referral hospital Mortuary for postmortem, whereas the motor vehicle is parked at Cps yard pending IOV inspection.
Cause of the accident is not yet established as inquiries are still ongoing.
