Four National Unity Platform EC members abducted, Bobi Wine blames Kainerugaba

NEWS- It is all tears and despair again in the opposition National Unity Platform as more four of its members are abducted.

The news have been confirmed by the party President Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu aka Bobi wine.

According to Kyagulanyi, the abducted are four members of the National Unity Platform Election Management Committee, Mercy Walukamba, Rovans Alex Lwanyaga, Rahma Juma and Kayabura Eddie.

Bobi Wine revealed that the available information indicates that they were abducted on gunpoint around Lungala, Mpigi in the night of Tuesday 18th February 2025 as they returned from a burial in Rakai.

“Onlookers say several other comrades were abducted violently and taken away in drones”, he added.

The former presidential candidate blamed the abductions of their members to the first son and the Chief of Defence Forces CDF Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba.

Bobi Wine said that “A few days ago, Gen. Museveni’s son promised to make NUP weep and he is on it. But we can assure him and his father that they are not God. The people of Uganda will have the final laugh!”.
